In traditional tantra practices women's element is movement water dance. The TAO say that woman are the water that turns the raging fire into a gentle flame. In reality men are product of gentleness as much as women are product of aggression. For balance we are to navigate between the two and with consciousness, not fear or force of habit or expectation.
